What Crafted is
We are an AI-native creative agency for startups from pre-seed to Series B. Launch videos, branding, pitch decks, motion graphics, landing pages. Designers make the work, AI handles everything around it. We work from Oslo, Lisbon, Jakarta and San Francisco, and we ship in under 48 hours.
You would work fully remotely, alongside a core team of five designers and brand specialists.
The task
Make one short video using Crafted's own assets.
- Assets: Google Drive folder - logos, footage, brand material. Use what you need.
- Standard to hit: this reel. Not a template to copy. It is the bar for pacing, type, sound and finish.
- Length: 15 to 45 seconds. Vertical or square.
- Sound matters. A silent cut tells us nothing about your timing.
Show us judgment, not plugins. We can teach software. We cannot teach taste.

After three months the salary rises considerably, with scope and responsibility. We are hiring someone to grow into this, not to sit in it.
